A week at “Il Vezzo”, a beautiful casale nestled in the hills of Maremma in Tuscany. The week starts with a morning trip to the local market a morning trip to the local market, four half days spent in the kitchen, learning the tricks of Italian cooking – from pasta and bread making to dessert – and there will be plenty of time off around the swimming pool. Groups of up to 10 people.
