I am writing to thank you for responding so quickly and professionally to my last minute catering emergency! With just a few days' notice you were able to create a marvellous dinner for our 25 distinguished guests, and you pulled it off with grace and flair. The food was magnificent, the presentation beautiful and the coordination and timing perfect. It is not easy to entertain guests such as Ministers and Ambassadors - it requires a subtle understanding of good but unpretentious food - and that is exactly what you delivered. As we worked together to design the menu, you managed to display your skills as a cook and also your creative flair. I particularly loved the presentation of the homemade ravioli and the spectacular chocolate bombe dessert.
I would be happy to recommend you to our friends. There was excellence there!

Hello Vittore,
May we thank you and, of course, Jessica and "Yacht" for a most delightful lunch served in such a pleasant manner. Also, may we say a big thank you for the surprise crayfish surprise. I am sure that we and our guests will be acting as good ambassadors for Papardella in this part of the Thames Valley.
